Any purchase
- I have the right to refuse any commission or purchase if I think there is a reason to do so.
- I will not accept purchases from anyone under 14.
- I will use my artwork or character designs for self advertising on my social media or other outlets.
- Special terms for pay to use bases may apply.Commissions
- I will not draw NSFW pieces, this includes gore or fetishes.
- I will not make major changes to the artwork after it is finished
- I will NOT adjust my artwork if you have a new reference sheet or design for a character you originally commissioned me for.Payment (Commissions/Adoptables)
- Payment is taken via PayPal invoice.
- Payment will be expected upfront.Refunds
Adoptable refunds
- I will not refund character designs / adoptables. When you purchase an adoptable, it’s in the responsibility of the buyer to evaluate whether the purchase is within their means.Chargebacks
- In the case of PayPal fraud/scam/chargeback, you will be automatically blacklisted, and the full rights to the character / artwork return to me.Commission refunds
The following refunds are possible;
- not started: 100% refund
- after sending you the sketch and you saying that everything is okay with it, I will only refund 50% of the price you originally paid. I will send you the current progress without the watermark and you get to use it like a normal commission.
If i take longer than 3 months or if there is an emergency where I can no longer finish the artwork I will refund you.Adoptable Terms
General Terms for all adoptables- You hold the rights of the character design after your purchase. You may also use the design for commercial purposes.
- You may not use the image I originally give to you for commercial purposes.
- You may alter the design as you please.
- I will not redesign an adoptable you purchased.
- If you buy an adoptable as a gift, please inform me who you are buying it for. This will avoid conflict.
- I will delete the file I’ve sent to you after 3 days. This frees up the space on my computer and you are responsible for making sure the image is stored safely.Purchases (Adoptables)
- If I accept your offer and you don’t pay within the first 24 hours after me sending my payment information, I will put the character design back up for sale and I will resume from sending reminders.
- In the first 24 hours I will remind you of your pending payment.Reselling adoptables
- You can resell / trade any design for any price you wish.
- I’m not responsible if you get scammed after trying to sell the adoptable; this is out of my control.Thank you for reading my Terms of Service and I hope you have fun with your purchase!
